Shreekant completed his master’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2023. He is currently a graduate research assistant in the HXRI Laboratory, actively contributing to a VR nurse training simulator project. In this role, he has focused on evaluating scripts generated by Large Language Models using autonomous metrics and human evaluation. Additionally, Shreekant is working on texture optimization in animations for efficient use of the nurse training simulator on smaller devices.
