Vihaan is an Industrial Engineering undergraduate student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Within the HXRI lab, Vihaan is investigating the robustness and features of the neonatal thoracentesis mixed reality simulator application. While it currently runs on the HoloLens 2, Vihaan will also look into methods to have it run on the Meta Quest line, as well as the Apple Vision Pro. His other academic interests include computer vision and AI. In his free time, Vihaan enjoys cooking, drawing, and origami.
